JUDGMENT DETOX RETREAT

A retreat for women who do it all — and need space to soften self-talk, let go, and breathe again.

You Don’t Need Fixing. You Need Space.

This is a gentle, immersive retreat for women who are always “holding it together”—but are secretly tired of being so hard on themselves.

You get things done. You show up for everyone.
But inside? That voice won’t stop whispering, “It’s not enough.”

Judgment Detox Retreat (But Make It Gentle) offers a reset.
A breath. A weekend to reconnect with your softer self—without the pressure to perform, hustle, or heal perfectly.

Let’s stop spiraling in self-criticism and start remembering how to feel light again.

This retreat is for you if…

You’re your own worst critic

You feel guilty for judging others but don’t know how to stop

You’re burned out from always being the “strong one”

You want more ease, but your brain won’t stop overthinking

You crave softness, space, and a break from pressure

What We’ll Explore

The voice of your inner critic—and how to meet it with curiosity instead of shame

Why we judge others (and ourselves)—and how to catch it before it spirals

How burnout and emotional exhaustion are tied to unspoken pressure

What it means to stay grounded, rather than reactive, when you feel judged

How We'll Do It (A.K.A. the Feel Good Way)

This isn’t a mindset bootcamp.
This is a full-body exhale.

Over the weekend, we’ll guide you through simple, supportive experiences that help your nervous system slow down and your inner voice soften.

You’ll experience:

  • Gentle movement to reconnect with your body and move tension out of your system

  • Calming practices to help you pause before judgment takes over

  • To reflect, reset, and rewrite old inner narratives

  • A private space to unpack personal patterns and build grounding tools

  • A powerful hands-on technique to quiet the mind and promote deep energetic reset

  • Space to rest or share stories with like-hearted women

Your Sanctuary: Ashamaya Eco Lodge, Belitung

Where island stillness meets soul-deep reset

Tucked into a quiet corner of Belitung, Ashamaya Eco Lodge is more than a place to stay—it’s a gentle invitation to slow down and be held by nature.

Spread across one lush hectare of tropical greenery, Ashamaya is a haven of calm where time stretches and your nervous system exhales. You’ll wake up to birdsong, move with the rhythm of the earth, and fall asleep under a sky full of stars.

Only five minutes from the white sands of Belitung’s pristine beaches, this is where the jungle meets the sea—and you meet a softer version of yourself.

Glamping Domes: Conscious Comfort in the Heart of Nature

Your home for the weekend is a beautiful dome-style glamping tent designed for three women sharing, with an extra bed included for cozy spaciousness and comfort. It’s airy, grounded, and effortlessly peaceful.

  • • Equipped with air-conditioning for cool, restful nights

  • • Ensuite bathroom with a water heater for anytime comfort with a solid, built-in wall separating the shower area from the sleeping space — so there’s airflow, but still privacy.

  • • Thoughtful design with natural textures, soft lighting, and grounding energy throughout

This isn’t luxury in the traditional sense—it’s something better: comfort that reconnects you to what matters.

Spaces to Pause, Sip & Breathe

Ashamaya offers hidden corners and slow moments. A garden nook for tea and journaling. A hammock under the trees. A quiet path that leads to nothing—except clarity.

You’ll have access to free-flow herbal tea, coffee, and all the time in the world to just be.

And yes, there will be bonfires.
Warm light. Deep chats. Maybe a marshmallow or two. The kind of night that feels like a memory before it even ends.

You’ll also find pockets of silence waiting for you—spaces to land between journaling, to process a coaching session, or simply to exist without explanation. The stillness here isn’t empty; it’s generous. It gives you space to hear yourself again.

Whether you’re swaying in a hammock, walking barefoot in the garden, or watching the steam rise from your teacup, every moment here invites you to drop the rush… and remember how it feels to truly arrive. Not in your schedule. But in your body.

Daily Steps to Inner Lightness

What will we be doing on this gentle journey?
Here’s a peek at what’s in store…

Day 1 – ARRIVE & UNWIND

Saturday: Landing, Nature & Sunset Softness

You’ll arrive in beautiful Belitung and make your way to Ashamaya Eco Lodge—where jungle calm meets island breeze. After a nourishing lunch, we’ll begin with gentle exploration: feet in the sand, salt in the air, and space to land softly.

As the sun lowers, we’ll gather for a grounding meditation, followed by a golden-hour moment you won’t forget. The day ends with good food, soft company, and space to just be.

  • Arrival + Welcome Lunch at Ashamaya

  • Gentle Adventure: Tanjung Tinggi Beach Exploration

  • Sunset Watching & Stillness

  • Sunset Meditation

  • Dinner + Lighthearted Chit Chat by Lamplight

Day 2 – PLAY, REFLECT & RECEIVE

Sunday: Adventure + Insight

We begin the day with yoga and meditation to awaken the body and anchor the mind.

Then we head to the sea—because joy is healing too. Whether you're snorkeling, sunbathing, or journaling under a tree, our island hopping adventure is all about freedom and lightness.

In the afternoon, half of the group will receive their Access Bars sessions, while the other half receives coaching. The rest of the day flows with ease—rest, tea, journaling, or just lying under the sky.

  • Morning Yoga & Meditation

  • Nourishing Breakfast

  • Island Hopping + Snorkeling (or beachside picnics & play)

  • Journaling on a Quiet Island

  • Lunch at Pulau Kepayang

  • Free Time to Rest, Float, or Reflect

  • Evening Journaling + Sunset Wind Down

  • Dinner + Chit Chat at Ashamaya

Day 3 – MOVE, INTEGRATE & BEGIN AGAIN

Monday: Ocean Mornings + Gentle Goodbyes

We start early with a gentle bike ride to the beach, where Pilates meets sunrise. You’ll journal by the ocean and enjoy a light breakfast by the shore.

Then, the remaining participants receive their sessions—those who had Access Bars on Day 2 will now have Coaching, and vice versa. A full circle moment of clarity and release.

We close with soft gratitude, a nourishing early lunch, and space to return home with a lighter heart.

  • Morning Cycle to the Beach

  • Pilates by the Sea

  • Morning Journaling + Beachside Breakfast

  • Private Sessions: Coaching (for those who had Access Bars on Day 2)

  • Private Sessions: Access Bars (for those who had Coaching on Day 2)

  • Free Time to Pack, Walk, or Reflect

  • Early Lunch

  • Departure to Airport

By the End of This Retreat, You’ll Leave With…

  • A softer inner voice that speaks with more kindness and clarity

  • The ability to catch judgment (toward yourself or others) before it spirals

  • Tools to stay grounded and steady when life feels overwhelming

  • Permission to stop performing “perfection” and start practicing peace

  • A renewed sense of calm, self-compassion, and emotional spaciousness

You’ll go home not “changed”—but more you.
    Just lighter.
